Message	video. I said there are several other instances where people used their freedom of speech to create somehting that was not illegal and still managed to get sued because someone tried to mimick the activity and got hurt or killed. All it would take would be one kid saying "well I got the idea from this guy Machtavian who posted videos of him racing bikes and porsches and BMW's...add water and you've got an instant lawsuit. In our society everyone is looking for a way to blame someone else for what happens to them and at the end of the day, he posted a video of him participating in an illegal activity. Not sure freedom of speech protects him from being arrested for what he's done. Or do you think the teenage girls that video taped themselves beating up another girl and got arrested should be protected by the first amendment...or maybe the teenagers in my hometown that video taped themselves destroying homes underconstruction should be protected?
